Dan Romanello began his career working for a large Florida newspaper before attending law school at the University of Florida. After serving as an assistant state attorney, he entered private practice where he spent more than 20 years as a partner in a boutique firm, running the trial practice group. An accomplished trial lawyer, he has litigated cases in courtrooms throughout Florida. He retired from the active practice of law in 2017. Since that time, he has traveled, spent four years coaching college athletics, and written his first novel, PAPERBOY. He is still not sure what he wants to do when he grows up. He lives in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Why should you read his books?
When asked this question, here’s what Dan had to say:
“I believe a good novel captivates and transposes the reader away from the bustle of daily life. My primary objective is to entertain, which includes enticing you to laugh, cry, get excited, and be inspired. But there’s more. I believe that we live in the greatest nation in the world. Unfortunately, our leadership all-to-often promotes a climate of division and tribalism which results in a great deal of nonsense inflicted on everyday people like you and me. Dylan Tomassi views life from an apolitical perspective of common sense and reasonableness and navigates the challenges he faces with a refreshing innocence within the framework of an uncompromising moral and ethical code.”
